How to Get Autodesk Inventor 2016 Software | Individual Installation
I'd suggest posting on the Installation & Licensing Forum. I don't have access to 2016 download anymore, and I suspect that's true for most (or all) users. Support is typically available for the current version (2020) plus the three previous.

I downloaded the student version of Inventor 2016 and didn't choose the content file portion. I now would like to have access to the content center files but it is of course empty. Is there a way to reinstall Inventor without re-downloading the entire thing again? I tried to repair or reinstall, but I got an error that I needed to be simultaneously connected to the website, or something like that, or that the original download location might have been moved. Lastly the other possible problem could be a fire wall issue. I turned the firewall off and had the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Dave
If you downloaded the "three" files for the original install and then deleted these three files, there should be a folder "C:\Autodesk" on your drive. This is the extract for the download. In the folder should be a "Setup.exe" or "Install.exe" file. Simply run this file again and select the "CC" for installation.

Because I just like designing things to print for fun and I dont want to spend $5000 on the most recent version, especially considering I was taught to use the 2016 version in my college courses (I recently just graduated so I cant access them through my school anymore)
I had to install Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 on my laptop. Ever since when I want to open Excel, it wants to install something with Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016. I have already went on with it, but nothing changed. It is really annoying that I have to wait 2-3 minutes to open an Excel. This also happens sometimes with Word, but it is faster to get out of it. However it often shows error messages about the macros. Today I wanted to wirte equations, and the keyboard shortcuts just kept failing, it is quite impossible to work in a normal peace like this. Help me, please.
